Die Kaffeekirschen werden im Unterschied zu herkömmlichem Kaffees nicht direkt gewaschen und getrocknet, sondern dürfen genau wie ein guter Wein noch über drei Monate gären. Dadurch erhält unser Café Vino seinen fruchtigen Geschmack mit einer feinen Säure, die an einen guten Rotwein erinnert. Natürlich genießt du unseren Kaffee alkoholfrei. The people of Sumatra call it the “island of (coffee) gold” for good reason. Sumatra is the second largest island in Indonesia and one of the largest coffee-growing areas in the region. Our coffee matures in tropical, warm mountain air at an altitude of over 1,500 meters. The Arabica beans are kissed by the sun on the mountain slopes of Aceh and Toba Lake and refined in dry processing after harvesting.
